The preparation

In Chinese tea ceremonies, Pu-Erh tea is traditionally prepared in a Gaiwan. Alternatively, you can brew the leaves and then pour the tea into a serving pot after steeping. We recommend multiple infusions for our raw Pu-Erh tea, as each unveils new layers of this extraordinary tea.

The processing
