Sift tea powder into bowl. Add water and whisk 15-20 sec until creamy.

Expect a smooth, slightly nutty and creamy taste with hints of caramel. To enjoy pure, sift 2 grams of powder into a cup, add 80ml of 80°C hot water, whisk until frothy, and savor.

YOUR LATTE
For a Hojicha Latte, sift 2 grams of Hojicha Powder (add brown sugar if you like it sweeter) into a cup and pour over 20 ml of 80°C hot water. Stir until smooth. Add 160 ml of your choice of frothed milk. For a refreshing Iced Hojicha Latte, let the tea cool briefly, then pour over ice cubes and add chilled milk.
